I know I’ve become rubbish at updating again recently, a point pointed out to me by my erstwhile compadre, Jonic.  But considering the man hasn’t blogged in what seems to be about a year, it’s like Hitler telling off Eva Braun for ‘being a bit tetchy.’

Anyway, one of the main reasons for my sudden quietness has to do with my discovery of exactly what one can do with a Google Reader (or other such device.)  For weeks now, any Internet time I have had has been sucked into manic pressing of the refresh button, waiting for the next peice of the internet to fall into my grubby little fingers.

Favourite feeds at the moment are Lis’ ever entertaining blog, Speak You’re Branes, Charlie Brooker’s RSS feed and Talking Points Memo’s ongoing coverage of the American election.

Quick life update: Everything is going pretty tickety-boo at the moment, with the new job being well good, and the whole family life thing being far more fulfilling then I would ever have imagined.  Who would have thunk of it?  I will be posting more soon, and may even post something interesting.  Who knows or dares to dream?
