As Jonic was so keen to point out, yesterday the calender had the indignity of completing yet another rotation leading to my own age increase. It’s not big, and it’s not clever, God, to play such terrible tricks on a man.
I took the whole week off work, partly because I knew I’d need the break, but also to get stuff done. Alas, no such luck, and I have spent the week trundling from one bar to another in search of libation. And I’ve been pretty successful.
