In fine fettle but without audio

I woke up and felt fine today, went to work and realised that I couldn’t talk. So I came home. I actually then forgot, so when I went to buy some lunch from the shop, I went to the till and tried to engage the shopzombie in conversation, only for none to come out. How embarrassing.
My page count since the last post has not risen, mainly due to a combination of beverages, payday and Duncan taking his computer back upstairs for a while. But I shall attempt to get the ball rolling again over the next few days. Jennie and I were watching a bit of Jeremy Kyle today, and he was proper screaming at some woman that she was a terrible mother. It then seemed to come out that her daughter had been making most of her earlier accusations up, so JK shuttled them all offstage pronto without really resolving anything. But you’ve got to love his interrogation style. If Keifer Sutherland quits 24, they should hire JK. Imagine him screaming ‘Who are you working for!’ at a panel of assembled terrorist leaders, who in turn keep blaming each other for everything that has gone wrong with their plan, and then the show’s security has to pull them apart when it all gets a bit heated.

TV tonight for us was a blow-up on Wife Swap where the table got flipped over at the end, one husband punched the other, and both couples ended up giving interviews with the sheriff. Not sure if that was better or worse than your show.
Till? Is that the cash register? That would be embarrassing.

Hey ta for the comment
I met Jezza - sorry, Jeremy Kyle - back when he did “Jezza’s Confessions” on Century FM [my ex worked with him]. It was a fantastic show.
[I was trying to find a link to see if it still broadcast - he moved to Virgin - and found that he has his own wikipedia page.. OMG!]
